MARA Professional Colleges (KPM) is a public college that is managed by the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). At first it was known as the MARA Institute of Commerce (IPM), the first KPM was established in May 1977 in Kuala Lumpur. Since then, there are six campuses KPM established throughout Malaysia. KPM establishment seeks to create leaders from among the students and for that reason, some organizational and leadership program was established to hone leadership skills of students. These organizations are run entirely by students with the help of an adviser.
